No fine print, no runaround. If yours isn't here, the free audit is the fastest way to get a real answer about your business.
Yes — completely. The site, the domain, and the hosting accounts are all set up in your name. If we ever part ways, you take all of it with you. There's no version where I hold your website hostage.
One-time builds run from $800 to $1,800 depending on how much site you need — you can see all three packages on the Builds page. It's a one-time cost, not a subscription. The only ongoing thing is the optional care plan, which starts at $49/mo and you can cancel anytime.
No. A lot of web people put you on a platform where a monthly fee keeps your site alive — stop paying and it disappears. I don't do that. Your build is yours. The care plan is separate, optional, and only covers ongoing upkeep like Google accuracy and edits.
The Starter build is usually a few days. Growth is about one to two weeks. Signature runs two to three weeks. Either way, you'll know your timeline before we start — I don't leave you guessing.
Page builders are convenient but they're slow, bloated, and they lock you into paying monthly to keep the site up. A hand-coded site loads faster on a phone with bad signal, has nothing to log into or break, and belongs entirely to you. For a local business, that speed and ownership matter more than a drag-and-drop dashboard you'll rarely open.
The build is the one-time job of creating your site. The care plan is optional ongoing help after launch — keeping your Google Business Profile accurate, answering reviews, updating hours and photos, and watching for outages. Think of the build as the storefront and the care plan as keeping the lights on and the window clean.
Two answers, because they're two different things. The one-time build comes with a short, plain-language agreement we both sign — it lays out exactly what's included, what it costs, and that you own everything at the end. That's there to protect you as much as me: no scope creep, no surprise bills, nothing left to a handshake. The monthly care plan is the opposite — no lock-in, month-to-month, cancel anytime. So the build is agreed in writing so we're both clear from day one; the care plan you can walk away from whenever you like.
Small changes — hours, prices, a new photo, a quick edit — are covered under the care plan. Bigger additions, like a whole new section or service page, get quoted up front so there's never a surprise bill.
Yes. Getting found is half the point. Every build includes basic Google setup, and the care plan keeps your listing accurate — right hours, one consistent address and phone across directories, reviews answered on a schedule. That's the part most people forget, and it's where a lot of customers are quietly lost.
Because you deal with one person who picks up the phone, the price is on the site instead of hidden behind a call, and everything is agreed in writing before a dime changes hands. You also own the finished site outright — so even in the worst case, you're never trapped.
I'll look up your business like a customer would and send you exactly what's wrong. No charge, no pitch attached.
